Impactors launches in Riyadh with aconsulting model built around delivery

Press Release

06/08/2026

Founded in 2024, the Saudi firm has completed more than 30 engagements across ten sectors. It opens publicly with three partners who built and ran businesses before they advised them.

Impactors Consulting Services has launched publicly in Riyadh. The firm advises organisations across the private and public sectors on strategy, growth, product development and digital transformation, and structures its engagements to continue past the recommendation and into delivery.

Impactors was founded in 2024 and has since worked with more than 27 clients across government, semi-government and private organisations, contributing SAR 2.2billion in value. It operates four service lines and 32 services across tensectors, with its deepest concentrations in financial services, fintech and the public sector.

There is no shortage of strategy in this market. What is scarce is the discipline to carry it through — named owners, real dates, agreed indicators, and someone still in the room when the number gets measured. That is the gap we built the firm around.

Osamah Alfadda, Chief Executive Officer

The firm enters a market in which the question being asked has changed. For much of the past decade, Saudi organisations were defining direction. Most now know what they intend to do; the constraint has moved to delivery capacity — people, discipline, and the ability to run several major programmes at once without losing the detail.

Every one of us has been on the delivery side of a plan somebody else wrote. You learn quickly that a strategy is worth only as much as the week it meets a real team and a real deadline.

Mohammed Altuwaijri, Managing Partner

Impactors publishes market analysis three times a week and a weekly briefing, The Baseline, in Arabic and English. Its frameworks and case results are published on its website rather than held back for prospective clients.

We publish because it is the fastest way for someone to judge whether we are worth a conversation. You should be able to read our thinking long before you ever meet us.
