Career

We don't arrive with predefined answers. We begin by understanding your organization, your priorities, and the outcomes you're trying to achieve.

You'll know if it worked.

Most consulting advice ends at the handover. Ours doesn't — we stay through execution and measure what changed. That makes this a different place to build a career. We're a small, senior team in Riyadh, and we're hiring.

Why people join us

Four honest reasons. If none of them land, we're probably not the right firm for you, and it's better to know that now than in month three.

01

Partner-led

Partner-led

You work with partners, not around them

Every engagement here is partner-led. There is no layer of account managers between you and the person accountable for the outcome. Our partners have sat on the other side of thetable: they built consumer business lines and fintech products from zero and carried the targets afterwards. On your first project, one of them is in the room with you, reading the same data, in the same meeting

02

Measured

Measured

You stay until the impact shows

We work in four steps: diagnose, design, deliver, measure. The fourth is the one most firms skip. You set a baseline before the work starts and read the results against it when it ends. That means you find out which of your recommendations survived contact with a real organization, the single fastest way to get good at this job, and the thing afirm that leaves at handover cannot offer you.

03

Real scope

Real scope

Real scope, early

We're a small team that has delivered 30+ projects for 27+ clients across government, semi-government and private sectors. There is no bench to sit on and no queue to join. An analyst here owns analysis that a larger firm would divide across three people, which is hard erand is the point.

04

Credited

Credited

Your name is on the work

We publish our thinking every week, in Arabic and English, with named authors, and our frameworks go on the site for anyone to use, client or not. If you wrote it, you're credited. You'll leave here with a body of public work, not a folder of documents you can't show anyone.

Life at Impactors

We're a Saudi firm, and we work like one. Here's what a week actually looks like.

We work in the same space, most days. Not because of a policy, but because the work is faster when the person who has the answer is four metres away. Client sessions, whiteboards, and a lot of arguing about what the number actually means. When a project needs someone on site witha client, that's where we are instead.

The cadence

Short cycles and visible thinking. We publish a first diagnostic readout in 15 days, which means the pace is real and the feedback is immediate. You will not spend six weeks on a document nobody reads. You'll also see your work in front of a client sooner than you expect with a partner beside you, not instead of you.

Bilingual by default

We write and present in Arabic and English, and both are first-class here; Arabic is not a translation layer added at the end. If you're strong in both, that's a material advantage in this firm and in this market. If you're stronger in one, you'll get better at the other, because you'll use it weekly.

Flexibility, meant literally

Flexibility is one of our five values, and it applies internally as well as to clients: built for context. Life happens: prayer times, family, exams, Ramadan hours. We plan around them rather than asking people to pretend they don't exist. What we ask in return is that commitments to clients hold.

A team you can actually know

There are twenty of us. You'll know everyone's name in a week or two and everyone's strengths in a month. Nobody is anonymous here, which cuts both ways: your good work is visible, and so is the work you've let slip. Most people find that a fair trade.

What we look for

Our five values, translated into what they actually mean when we're reading your CV.

Value

What it looks like in a candidate
Focus
You can tell the difference between the interesting question and the one the client is paying to answer, and you spend your time on the second one.
Collaboration
You work beside people rather than handing things to them. You'll say "I don't know yet" infront of a partner and a client without it costing you anything.
Efficiency
Practical output at theright quality and the right speed. You know when a deck should have been aone-page note.
Flexibility
You've worked somewherethe plan changed, and you adjusted without needing the whole structure rebuiltaround you.
Results
You can name a numberyou moved and explain honestly what you'd do differently.

One more thing we look for that isn't on the values list: you have to be comfortable being measured. We tell clients to judge us on what changes in their numbers, and we hold ourselves to the same standard internally. If that sounds motivating rather than uncomfortable, this will suit you.

Open Opportunities

We're hiring at three levels. Every role is Riyadh-based, partner-led from day one, and involved through delivery.

Professional opportunities

Students opportunities

We've been the client

We know what execution feels like.
