The national authority behind the assessment ecosystem had developed a new corporate strategy, and its flagship system's strategy and operating model needed updating to match the authority's direction and its stakeholders' expectations.
How
Approach
Over the project period we provided the strategic and development consulting for the comprehensive transformation: diagnosing the current state across organizational, operational and technical dimensions; preparing and drafting the transformation plan toward the target state; building the updated operating model; drafting the ecosystem's operational tender documents; and studying international expansion, including an external license-sale model for the system.
